Why Minneapolis? Minneapolis has a diverse art scene with prominent institutions, art centers, galleries and a thriving DIY scene. Is there anything in particular that draws you to Minneapolis? (150 words max)

Describe the project you will be working on and your goals for this residency. (150 words max)

What will you need in terms of a studio and any other material support? (80 words max)

Will you need additional financial support to pursue the residency aside from the $300/week prorated stipend? This may include budget for travel and/or materials. List budget items with costs and specify if each one is a need or a request.

We offer limited one-week stays or four to six week residencies. Which duration best fits your residency goals? Please specify dates that work for you, we are currently booking artists for the fall 2025 and throughout 2026.

Upon acceptance, we require a $500 refundable deposit to secure your residency. Emergency or medical exceptions will be considered. Funds may be retained if the resident doesn’t adhere to the contract signed upon acceptance or there is damage to the property. By submitting this form, you are acknowledging this requirement.

Please share the link to your online portfolio and/or your artist page on a gallery’s website. You may alternatively share a link to your Instagram account if it predominantly features your work.
